Mindset & Confidence

True confidence is about feeling safe to show up as you are.

But if your mind’s full of “what ifs” and “I can’t,” it's time to shift what’s underneath.

Here's how it can show up:

  • Imposter syndrome - 'I just got lucky with that' or 'It was just a fluke' or 'Someone's gonna find out I'm a fraud!'

  • Fear of being visible and having your true voice heard (e.g., on social media, in meetings or with clients)

  • Low self-confidence in creative ability - 'I'm just not that good'

  • Fear of being judged or criticised - 'What will they think of me?'

  • Difficulty charging what you're worth - 'Who am I to charge that much!?'

  • Comparing yourself to others constantly - 'Everyone else's work looks so much better than mine' or 'Why am I the only one who hasn't got it all figured out yet? What's wrong with me?'

  • Struggling to speak up with clients or set boundaries - Nodding along when you don't actually agree or 'Of course I can do that!' Then immediately regretting it.

  • Overthinking and second-guessing everything - 'One more tweak, then it will be perfect'
