I’m Emma. Welcome to my world!

I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapist, subconscious mindset coach, and passionate mental health advocate for those working within the creative industry.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind - how our thoughts shape our reality, how beliefs are formed, and how much of what we struggle with runs deeper than we realise.

I spent over 15 years in the creative industry, working inside some of the world’s biggest names in TV, film, marketing and branding/packaging - places full of brilliant ideas and exceptional talent. But behind the scenes, I saw the mental strain that often comes with the pressure to perform: anxiety, impostor syndrome, fear of failure, burnout.

Later, I took a sharp turn and joined the police, swapping my beautiful office for the streets of Camden (that's a story for another time!) It was intense, eye-opening, and deepened my understanding of behaviour, trauma, and how we cope (or don’t) under pressure.
Eventually, my own mental health took a dive and my curiosity and love for understanding the mind, and wanting to understand what was going on in my own mind and body, led me to a powerful method that completely changed my life: Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

Rooted in neuroscience and subconscious reprogramming, RTT offered the depth and impact I had been looking for - not just to understand why we feel stuck, but how to actually change it at the root.

I retrained, got qualified, and started my own business - combining everything I know about pressure, performance, mindset and wellbeing to help others shift their internal narrative, unlock their full potential, and finally feel at home within themselves.

Now, through 1:1 sessions, leadership coaching, and team workshops, I support the minds behind the magic - creatives, leaders, and high performers - to reclaim their mental space, shift long-standing patterns, and thrive from the inside out.

And I absolutely love it.

If you’re ready to experience what changes when you stop coping and start reprogramming, I’d love to support you.
